How many people per course?
CTC maintains a very high tutor to learner ratio to ensure the highest quality of learning. We run a maximum of 6 delegates per tutor. This ensures that delegates receive a high level of learning support, practice and assessment opportunities. It also means that the stringent requirements of CTC's qualifications are ahdered to.
The normal minimum course numbers for viability are 4 per tutor. We often have two or more tutors per course, generating a larger continent of background knowledge and vibe for the classroom sessions.
