CTC Maintenance Delivery Partners
Many CTC maintenance courses are available through a network of delivery partners who are able to meet the local needs of many
cyclists, individuals and organisations. CTC is currently seeking further partners to significantly extend this network and enhance
the accessibility of its courses.
The requirements of delivery partners include:
- The holding of relevant qualifications and/or experience (for example Cytech 2, teaching qualifications)
- Completion of the Tutor Light training course and maintenance course delivery module
- Suitable venue and appropriate teaching equipment such as workstands and tools
- Mechanisms to enable effective communication with and registration of learners
- Effective marketing and seeking of learners
- Use of a suitable quality monitoring mechanism
CTC's provision then comprises:
- Use of CTC's flexible and defined course packages
- Provision of learning resources
- Training of delivery staff
- Regular assurance of delivery in line with CTC's high quality and consistency needs
- Certificates provided to learners on achievement
- Marketing on a national scale, including a calendar and email updates to enquirers
